1.1. Job description:

- Legal advice related to production and business activities of the Corporation and its member units.

- Legal review of contracts and transactions with outsiders.

- Advise and review legal documents issued by the Corporation to ensure legal compliance

- Building a compliance framework and implementing, monitoring and controlling legal compliance for the Corporation's activities.

- Participating in the development of regulations and regulations to serve the management and control of risks in the Corporation.

- Review, appraise the legal land, real estate, investment projects.

- Research and comment on draft legal regulations.

- Carrying out the inspection; Handling complaints and denunciations...

- Perform other tasks such as: Summarizing, drafting periodic reports and as required.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

1.2. Request

- Qualification: Bachelor of Laws, graduated with good grades or higher, with a lawyer's certificate preferred.

- Foreign language: English (good reading and translation).

- Informatics: Fluently use office informatics, know how to apply technology to serve the job.

- Experience: Preference will be given to those who have worked at a Law Firm or a law firm for large companies and corporations.

- Age: From 25 to 35 years old, in good health to meet job requirements, male is preferred.

- Good communication skills, skillful and flexible behavior; look good.
